Wildflower meadow on Bernice Terrace rear aspect
The area of rough land directly behind the properties on Bernice Terrace is unsuitable to use as garden space due to its slope and need for drainage etc.
however it would be ideal for clearance and wildflower planting . This would improve the outlook from the rear of the homes and would also reduce maintenance costs at the area would only need to be mowed twice a year.

Replace planters and add seating to Bennet street in Devonport
The planters that were added when the houses were initially occupied have deteriorated and need replacing. The residents have come up with the idea of shared food producing planters that can be used to grow soft fruits, salads, veg and flowers. Painted with bright colours and with some seating provided for chats .

Bernice Terrace Communal Seating and planting
In order to increase the attractiveness of the view from the houses on Bernice Terrace the residents wish for the ares between their parking spaces to be fitted with some communal seating, some planters and perhaps an area that can be used for growing some veg and herbs.
